20 mins north of Quebec City and it was deeply discounted . Clean comfortable rooms. Beautiful surroundings nice escape from the bustle of the city. The staff are awesome. No restaurant due to low season when we were there but everything is a close drive away.
Hotel Stoneham is an amazing place to visit at least once, during summer to enjoy the silence in peace, take long walks, and in winter to enjoy the snow and games. Since it was off season, we got an excellent deal from Expedia. In fact the owner of this hotel was surprised that we got an great deal. Four of us stayed here for 2 nights and had booked a big room. Very well maintained room and clean washroom. There's a very small balcony with great view, but cannot sit there. We were told that a cafeteria exists but it was closed due to offseason. There is a swimming pool, but we were unsure if it was usable and we didn't have the time to get into it. Ample car parking is available. The property is located amidst mountain and has mesmerizing views. Winters will be super cold but one can enjoy the games at this winter resort. It was about 20 minutes drive from Quebec City and convenient for us to drive on and around. Overall it was a great experience and stay.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. Furniture was quite new and of good quality. In our case, we had a rainy day during our stay, so we decided to spend 1 afternoon resting in and the room felt cosy.
It's a good place to take a break of you are in qubec. Very beautiful surroundings and good for skeeing during winters. Service was really good. Neat and clean, bed was comfortable.
This is an adequate lodging option in this area. I am sure people can find more exotic options but the value cannot be beaten anywhere near this area. Many amenities such as nice restaurants (high ratings), grocery shops, gas station, etc. can be found here. The hotel restaurant is not useful nor nice to dine in due to short opening hours, but there are several options that can be appreciated. Unlike Ontario grocery stores you will find very extensive beer and wine selections which were much appreciated in my family's long road trip.

Can't beat the location and service. A few steps from the lifts. Hotel staff were excellent. Rooms are very basic but clean and enough space to spread out ski gear (they had a locker room to keep skis). Small bathroom, but again, clean and everything worked. Stayed 4 nights. No food in Hotel, but again, the resort restaurant and cafeteria are only steps away.
